France REDEX rolling mill
For the copper bare wire producing , we use France REDEX rolling mill. It has advantages in stable quality of the conductor surface, less mechanical defects, more dense and uniform internal structure, the production efficiency is 4 times as much as the normal drawing machine.

Jingwei Power has advanced equipment imported from Austria MAG. MAG line innovates in paying off wires, controlling oven temperatures and baking paint, can product high quality enameled wire. MAG controls the waste discharge well, benefit environmental protection.

Jingwei Power has advanced wrapping machine to control overlap rate precisely on-line monitoring system.

The transposition head was imported from Italy PROTECO. It has high degree of automation, high accuracy for transposition, compact CTC structure, smaller elastic variability.

The wrapping part is controlled with constant tension, making the tightness and color of the wrapped paper consistent. The wrapping machine of CTC was imported from Germany Queins.

DSE -TD5 is applied to analyze the degree of enamel. From the curve, we can easily analyze manufacturing technique of enamel wires so as to optimize process control.

● We do the test per 5000V , 2.5 times of the customer required value as our standard, we have higher control than general standard.
● Test control FAI (First Article Inspection), (IPI)In-Process Inspection, and (FPI)Final Product Inspection.

● With the maximum traction of 50KN, this equipment can do following tests:
1. Tensile test
2. Tensile strength
3. Elongation
4. Proof strength
5. Adhesive strength
6. Anti-bending strength under high temperature

● Firstly, the sample is solidified and grinded into special crystal face, linked to computers with high magnified glass (Max 1638 times), then, it can check enamel thickness and evenness.
● This can avoid the short-circuit of single conductor, including to other conductor and to earth.

By observing and analyzing the shape, round corner and die, ensure the needed section per customers and also keep CTC having good resistance balance.
