1952
After independence of the People's Republic of China, per the appeal of the central government, Tianjin Qingyun Magnet Wire Plant adopted public private partnership with state investment in 1952, renamed as Tianjin Magnet Wire Plant-State owned.
1986
In 1986, under government policy of "Reform and Open" it established a market principle strategy of "Quality + Brand + Service", which won a fast development.
1999
In 1999, Part of Tianjin Magnet Wire Plant moved to new location in Jinnan district. Our company was registered with a new name--Tianjin Jing Wei Electric Wire Co., Ltd., and its products extended to more than 50 types of magnet wires. – JWDC.
2008
In 2008, After share reform, our company's name was changed to be Tianjin Jing Wei Electric Wire Corporation., Ltd., preparing to be listed.
2010
In 2010, we listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange Center - Growth Enterprise Market Board.
2012
In 2012, In order to expand production capacity, JWDC moved into another new huge production base in Xiaozhan industrial park of Jinnan district with an area of 180 thousand square meters.

On Year 2017, as a Group, we acquired New Vision Display Co., Ltd. Which is an electronic technology company under Flextronics before.

In June, 2018, We renamed as Tianjin Jingwei Huikai Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. Short name: JWHK

In July 2020, the company invested in RFOS (Tianjin) Microsystem Co., LTD., and opened a new chapter in the development of RF filters.

In 2022, JWHK established 100% wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin Jingwei Power Technology Co., Ltd., It performs all business and production of magnet wires.
